Tushar K. Hazra, PhD
President and CTO

Dr. Tushar K. Hazra has founded EpitomiOne in December 2000. Dr.Hazra is an entrepreneur, educator, mentor, technical leader, and a recognized speaker in the IT community. Tushar has 17+ years of practical experience in developing and integrating service-oriented enterprise, and mission critical component-based systems in collaborative environments for insurance, healthcare, retail, banking, telecom and aerospace industries.

 
As the CTO of EpitomiOne, he helps business and IT leaders in incorporating their strategic visions for commercial and government agency clients in employing commercial and government standards, best practices, and mandates. Tushar is a hands-on practitioner, who gets involved from building strategies to developing enterprise application architectures to guiding and deploying MDA-based application integration initiatives. Tushar has also served as CTO and VP of several international companies during the past 12 years. His professional career includes serving as VP / CTO of Lockheed Martin Information Technology, MetLife, and Software Productivity Consortium. Currently, Tushar helps Fortune 50 clients in building IT sourcing strategies, charting iterative and incremental enterprise-level sourcing initiative road maps, building collaborative environments and interaction models for offshore projects in India, and deploying portals and Web services based enterprise architectures. Bryan Messer
Managing Partner - Business Operations.

Mr. Bryan Messer is experienced in both launching and operating new ventures. Prior to EpitomiOne, he managed Tetrausion, a Richardson, TX based engineering design services company.  Bryan ha was co-owner and co-founder of Tekgenix, a Richardson-based engineering services company. Messer built the company's engineering organization, managed client development projects, and established development processes and methods to ensure consistent project results.

Prior to Tekgenix, Mr. Messer assembled and managed multidisciplinary research and development teams for premier accounts at DNA Enterprises, an engineering services company in the North Texas area. He has also held research and development positions at Alcatel and SSC Labs.

Mr. Messer holds a BS EE from the University of Texas at Arlington and is an active member of the IEEE. He was a member of President Bush's Small Business Advisory Council in 2003, and was profiled in Nationwide Register's 2002 Who's Who in Executives and Businesses.



Katherine Bradford
Managing Partner - Business Development

Katherine L. Bradford has an uncanny ability to transform connections into profitable and high performing and long lasting relationships.  With more than two decades of sales and technology experience, Katherine has developed the techniques to listen to customer’s needs and bring viable solutions to the forefront.   She is known for building strong and effective relationships with her clients, colleagues and community.

Ms. Bradford experinece began her career at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in the “Fast Track Management Program” as an Outside Plant Engineer.  After retiring from Bell, she began builidng IT and Sales departments for start-up companies

Katherine is a board member of the Executive Women of Dallas, the Communications Studies Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University, member of Executive Women International, Initiator and Founder of Career Jump-Start ( First United Methodist Church of Richardson ministry that assists people their job search process)  and a Big Brother Big Sister volunteer.

Katherine has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech University.
